Junior Primary teachers need to make websites, so that their students' parents can access them and then they can coach their own children, in IT skills, at home.
Teach the parents! They can then give individual tuition to their own children.
Teach the higher grades directly, but give the Junior primary school age children the opportunity to be coached by their own Mums and Dads.
Teach the Mum's and Dads, teach the care-givers, through the internet, at home.
